Is it just me or is a good hairdresser hard to find? Once you find one you never want to let them go, unless you’re like me who had her favourites quit or leave the profession, after which you desperately hunt for a new one. Definitely easier said than done. Who would think that finding that special someone to cut and dye your hair (and exchange life stories) could be such an intimate experience? We need someone who knows us, who takes the time to do the little things and who never disappoints. Letting someone treat my hair, at least for me, takes trust. I never really have a plan when I go in to see my hairdresser. Being a super indecisive person, I’ve always relied on a good hairstylist to recommend looks and cuts. Thank goodness they haven’t advised me to shave my head! I probably would. I generally go with their suggestions and throw caution to the wind (living on the edge for me).
